The children in Year 3 have been enjoying learning about Ancient Egypt in our History lessons this term. We have also been linking our learning to our current English text ‘Flat Stanley and the Great Egyptian Grave Robbery’ by S. Pennypacker. Last week, the children became Egyptologists and took part in a special task to crack the hieroglyphic codes and uncover some Ancient Egyptian artefacts. They had lots of fun and worked well with their teammates. Well done Year 3!
