Our Year 1 children celebrated Halloween and Science through hands-on activities, exploring a pumpkin! The children scooped out the pumpkins and explored the seeds and the pulp. Linking to our Science topic ‘Plants and Seasonal Changes’. The children even used their Art skills and crafted some facial features on their pumpkins as well.
