This week for our Science lesson, the children carried out an experiment to regrow vegetables. Instead of using seeds, we used carrots, lettuce and spring onions and placed them into a jar of water. The children discussed what they thought would happen and we observed the changes everyday. We noticed that the vegetables started to sprout on top. The children were extremely fascinated by this.
