For Science this week, the children carried out a very exciting egg experiment. We wanted to see what effects different liquids had on our teeth, but instead we used eggs for our experiment. We started off with 3 eggs, 3 cups and 3 different liquids: Coca Cola, milk and water. We placed an egg into a cup and poured each liquid in the cup. The children predicted what they thought would happen to the egg. Some examples of our predictions: The eggs will change colour, the egg will break or the egg will explode! The children will be observing eggs for the next two weeks to see what happens.
