Sensory food: Food scientists!

This week, our students participated in their very first SOS Feeding Therapy session, designed to help them explore new foods in a fun, pressure-free environment. Through playful interactions, sensory exploration, and gentle encouragement, the children engaged with different textures, colours, and smells at their own pace. Using a step-by-step approach, they learned to tolerate, touch, and even interact with new foods in a positive way. It was wonderful to see their curiosity grow, and we look forward to continuing this journey towards confident and joyful eating!
