Engaging Attention Autism Activities in Our ARP!

This week, our ARP students had a fantastic time participating in Attention Autism sessions, designed to foster focus, engagement, and social interaction. These activities provide structured opportunities for children to develop attention and communication skills in a fun and supportive environment.

In these sessions:

  • Stage 1: The children watched with excitement as their teacher presented stimulating, sensory-based activities, including colourful visuals and engaging props, to capture their attention.
  • Stage 2: The group actively participated in turn-taking exercises, such as sharing sensory items and observing each other’s contributions.

These activities not only help enhance the children’s attention spans but also encourage them to build essential social skills like sharing, waiting, and interacting with peers. Our staff incorporates visual aids, simple instructions, and lots of enthusiasm to make the sessions accessible and enjoyable for all learners.

We’re incredibly proud of the progress our children are making through these targeted interventions. If you’d like to learn more about Attention Autism and how we incorporate it into daily routines, please feel free to reach out!

Stay tuned for more updates from our ARP! 🌟
