This term, Year 4 are starting an exciting new science topic on Sound. As part of our first lesson, the children explored how sounds are made, how vibrations travel, and how pitch and volume can change by playing a range of different instruments. Through hands-on investigations and fun experiments planned for future lessons, the children will continue to use their scientific skills to listen closely, ask questions, and discover how sound works in the world around us!
