We started our Literacy lessons this week by reading the story Owl Babies. The children enjoyed acting out the story and learning a little bit about owls. This story really resonated with the children because many of them are still adjusting to being in school full time and away from loved ones. However, with all the fun activities available they were soon engaged in making their own puppets and owl arts and crafts. Did you know owls have 3 eyelids?
