Year 5 enjoyed an exciting educational visit to the British Museum, where they explored fascinating artefacts from ancient civilisations. During the day, the children took part in an engaging workshop all about Greek myths. They learned about famous gods, goddesses and legendary heroes, discovering how these stories helped people in Ancient Greece understand the world around them. Through interactive activities and discussions, pupils developed their historical knowledge and storytelling skills. The visit brought their classroom learning to life and inspired great curiosity about the ancient world. It was a memorable and enriching experience for everyone involved.

Year 5 Visit to East London Mosque

Year 5 enjoyed an exciting and educational visit to East London Mosque as part of their learning about Islam. During the visit, pupils explored the mosque, learned about its importance within the local community, and discovered key features of Islamic worship. The children had the opportunity to observe the prayer hall, ask thoughtful questions, and gain a deeper understanding of Muslim beliefs and practices. Staff at the mosque welcomed the group warmly and shared valuable information about daily life and faith.
