Pupils made a fantastic effort with their World Book Day costumes and thoroughly enjoyed taking part in a range of activities throughout the day. They participated in a costume parade, selected their free World Book Day book, completed reading surveys and created their own wooden stick characters.
Following the recent visit from poet Neal Zetter, pupils have also been immersed in poetry. Inspired by his workshop, they wrote their own poems and proudly published them with their classes on the day.
