Author and poet Neal Zetter kick-started our World Book Day celebrations last week. He recited an assortment of his own poems to pupils, with maximum audience participation encouraged! He then visited classes to share performance tips and hosted an ARP, KS1 and KS2 Poetry Slam! He was amazed at the effort pupils had gone to, to learn their class poems off by heart. It was fantastic to see the confident performances right across the school, from our very youngest pupils to our oldest. Well done Thomas Arnold and a particular well done to our winning classes, 2B and 6T.
