In year 6, inspired by the work of Charles Darwin, we have conducted an investigation, using chop sticks, to see which type of birds’ beaks would be more suitable to pick up seeds. We learnt that birds who could adapt would be most likely to survive. We worked in groups, creating our own table of results to record our data.
