Year 1 Visit to St Martin’s Church
This term, our Year 1 pupils went on an exciting trip to St Martin’s Church. They consolidated on their learning about what it means to belong in Christianity. The children learnt about the important symbols and the service of Baptism in the Church. The children really enjoyed walking around and exploring the Church.
Year 1- Parts of a plant
This term in science, the Year 1 children have been looking at plants. In pairs, the children deconstructed and labelled the different parts of a plant.
