Valentine’s Disco

The children enjoyed a pre-Valentines disco yesterday where they had music, bubbles, sensory lights and balloons.  We played their favourite songs including Baby shark, Gangnam style and many more disco hits.  The older children performed an old disco favourite the Macarena, which we all enjoyed.

Some people with Autism find social situations difficult and lack the confidence to engage with others.   The Phoenix team are available to support with this social interaction in a many different ways.

The school disco is a safe, social place where the children can spend time with friends and enjoy dancing.  Providing a great opportunity to get to know children they see every day.
