Writing

Today we are going to continue with the story maps that we started yesterday. If you have finished drawing your pictures, try adding some key words to help you describe important and exciting parts of your adventure story. Then have a go at telling your story to someone using your story map. Check, have you included enough information of your story map? Do you need to add more details? Next week we will be writing our adventure story…

Phonics

Click on the link below to open today’s Phonics PowerPoint, you will need something to write with.

Maths

Purplemash

Go to purple mash and ‘to do’s’. There you should see a picture of fruit that says ‘2count’.

Can you create your own picture graph and interpret (understand) it by making some questions and asking a member of your family? If you have chosen cars, you could ask questions such as ‘how many more green cars than yellow?

Please save your work and hand it in when you have finished creating it, so that your teacher can see your work.

Arts and Crafts

Yesterday you were looking at Painting Pictures on a computer.

Now draw, make or paint your own Seaside? Include beach huts, deck chairs, a rock pool and fish as well as anything else you might find there. Ice cream cones? Yum! Take pictures and send them to your teacher.
